The objective of the Professional Security Officer & Private Investigator Course is to provide effective pre-service training for students interested in the combined security and private investigative fields.  This program provides all of the training (less duplications) from the Professional Security Officer and the Private Investigator Preparatory Courses. A student is taught the specific knowledge, skills, and abilities, which may be applied from the student’s first day of employment in the industry.  This training program meets the Council of Law enforcement Education and Training requirements for both armed and unarmed security guards and private investigators. This turn-key program provides the student with an individual security officer and private investigator license; an Investigative Agency license & surety bond; and a process server license & surety bond.
